My journey with glass began when I was just 15, helping my father install luxury glass pool fences in the South of France. He ran a company specializing in advanced outdoor glass constructions, and I was fortunate to grow up learning the craft hands-on.

Later, I trained as a mechanical engineer — combining technical expertise with the practical experience I had already gained. After completing my studies, I returned to work alongside my father on bespoke architectural projects featuring skylights, glass floors, walkways, and stair railings.

Those early years taught me the importance of precision, safety, and beauty in every detail — values I carry into every French Touch project today.

Now based in Copenhagen, I’m ready to take things further. My goal is to push the boundaries of what’s possible with glass — tackling more ambitious, creative, and technically demanding projects while staying true to the quality and reliability that define my work.

We can usually cut glass that you already own for a nominal fee, but we cannot be responsible for breakage. However, tempered glass cannot be cut as it’s a factory-ordered item and will shatter if attempted.

Glass comes in various thicknesses and types. Options include annealed (flat) glass, tempered glass, laminated glass, and insulated glass. Each type has specific properties and uses, such as increased strength or better insulation.

Timelines can vary depending on the type of glass and project. For example, tempered glass orders typically take 3 to 5 days. Custom projects may require additional time for design, fabrication, and installation.

Unfortunately, scratches on glass and failed seals in insulated glass units cannot be repaired. In these cases, replacement is usually the only option.

For shower doors and glass enclosures, using a squeegee after each use is recommended to prevent water spots. Regular cleaning and occasional professional maintenance can help preserve the quality and appearance of your glass installations
